Priva- yes or no-no? Superheroes

"But you know you're finished on the Province? Asks me first to greet me.
not, I start to reply, but then I try to pursue the matter.
"Yes, in an article about Facebook, have also published a photo of your class," he says.
Eccheccazzo, I say, beyond that of friendship I binds to the editor of local newspaper that may be invoked as a general mitigating, mica (in the sense of denial Lombard) can do a thing without asking or at least warn me. Of my privacy if they give a damn?
"They do not have, you've published on the Internet, and then it's like a public thing," insisted my partner in front of my protests. I will then discuss when I warm it and it seems almost angry with him, but in my opinion, defending the indefensible.
In short, they publish a photo of my property, where I portrayed an image (and not the person known, or with any public office, I do not think there are any police investigation on my behalf and educational purposes beyond me), copied from a site where I have decided to show only exposed to a list of my friends, and not the whole world!
I say it can not do it without asking me and I answered that the law would protect me if I wanted to look at that picture and on that day (let's pretend that there are no obligations buna manners). Really
journalists are convinced that everything conveniently located on the Internet use is not even warn the people involved?
At the end of me appearing in the newspaper I do not could care less and I am convinced that there was a desire to promote in some way rather than to harm me, but as journalists are placed in front of half the Internet?
with Facebook I've actually signed a contract with strict rules and mutual protection, but traditional media because they believe they have the right to publish a photo of me (the owner of the digital image as well as the person portrayed) without even asking the permission?
Who can answer, perhaps the question deserves a mini-debate.
