Scrivere di diritto è molto difficile. Scrivere di diritto con taglio giornalistico lo è ancora di più. Non a caso, quando ho deciso di aprire il blog, ho pensato che fosse più semplice condividere i pensieri e le impressioni sulla mia “vita forense” piuttosto che l’oggetto study and work.
